Refund policy

We have a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange if the items are in the same condition as when they was shipped out. We offer exchanges only, NO REFUNDS.

To start an exchange , you can contact us at kiranshukle@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges; we do not process returns for refunds. To get a different size, color, or style, please return the item you have. Once accepted, we will facilitate the exchange for your new item.
